Please use application type Residential Electrical Other when applying for minor electrical work not covered by other electrical application types: Electric Panel, Battery Backup, EV Charger.
Generally, this application type will be used for minor electrical work including switches, outlets, and/or lighting.

Your submittal should include the below information that is relevant to your project in pdf format:
- Reflective ceiling plan / line diagram
- Site plan for any exterior lighting. View or download a Sample Plot Plan HERE.
- Please specify if this if for all new electrical throughout.

Your submittal should include in pdf form:
- Plans must be in .pdf format and scaled for printing on a minimum paper size 11 x 17.
- Plans must be adequately dimensioned (minimum 1/4" scale). If clarity is compromised due to the number or complexity of details provided, paper size and/or scale should be increased.
- Title Block information must include owner’s name, architect (stamped and wet-signed) or name of designer who drew the plans, project address, applicable code editions, sheet index, scope of project, and any other information relevant to the project. All pages must be numbered.
- Provide plot plan in addition to relevant elevations when changes to the exterior are proposed. Provide plan view (floor plan) of affected area and adjoining rooms/areas (at minimum) showing both existing conditions and proposed changes as well as size and intended or proposed use(s). Note finished ceiling height(s) on floor plan for all affected rooms. The lowest allowable height for a kitchen or bathroom is 7' from finished floor. Clearly indicate any addition/replacement/modification to doors/windows, etc. on exterior and interior walls.
- Again, adequate dimensioning is a key component to plan clarity. Generally, the more clearly and thoroughly a project is dimensioned the easier it will be to understand.

Generally, this application type will be used for minor plumbing work like installation of fire pits, built-in BBQs, fireplace inserts, gas fireplace installation, outdoor heaters, wall heaters, outdoor showers, etc.

Your submittal should include the below information that is relevant to your project in pdf format:
- Product Information / specs
- Please submit a gas line schematic including the length, point of origin to appliance being served, pipe material and diameter.

*Minimum Setbacks:
- Front - 15 feet from street property line - except for parking structures on slopes and certain 2nd units
- Sides and rear - 1 foot per 1,000 square feet of lot area, with minimum of 5 feet and maximum of 15 feet (for example: lot = 8,300 sq. ft. minimum setback = 8.3 feet)
