Climate Action Plan 

The City’s Climate Action Plan is contained in the City’s General Plan and is used to identify actions that the community and local government can take to reduce emissions based on emission reduction targets set for the community and the city’s government operations. The City has successfully achieved its 2020 emission reduction targets (20% below year 2000 levels) and is currently working to identify new targets and update its Climate Action Plan.

The City is updating its Climate Action Plan. This meeting will focus on Transportation related emissions. As part of the meeting, the Task Force will review actions and measures to consider including in the Climate Action Plan update.

The City is updating its Climate Action Plan. This meeting will focus on emissions related to the built environment. At the meeting the Task Force will discuss those actions that should be included in the Climate Action Plan, including those related to renewable energy & electrification and energy efficiency.
