CONSENT CALENDAR


1. Consideration of the October 18, 2021 and November 15, 2021 Regular City Council Meeting Action Minutes. 

Recommended Action: Approve the City Council meeting action minutes. 


2. Consideration of a Resolution Calling and Consolidating the June 7, 2022 General Municipal Election and June 7, 2022 Special Election and Requesting Consolidation and Services by the Marin County Elections Department.

Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 22-___.


3. Consideration of a Resolution Approving a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 2167 and the City of Mill Valley.

Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 22-___. 


4. Consideration of a Resolution Amending the Salaries and Benefits of the Non-Represented Employees of the City of Mill Valley, Including Management, Technical, Confidential, and Part-Time Staff.

Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 22-___.


5. Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Submit Applications, Accept Grant Funding, and Execute all Necessary Documents with Marin County Hazardous and Solid Waste Management Joint Powers Authority for the Period of 10 Years to Fund Zero Waste Programs in Mill Valley.

Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 22-___.


6. Consideration of Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a General Services Agreement with Gardener’s Guild Inc. for Maintaining Median Landscaping Improvements on Miller Avenue.

Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manage to execute the agreement.

7. Receive Presentation of the Downtown Demonstration Study; Provide Feedback and Direction; and Approve Design Plans for Temporary Pedestrian Ramp Upgrades at the Throckmorton/Miller/Bernard Intersection.

Recommended Action: Receive presentation, provide direction to staff, and approve the design plans. 


8. Update on the Mill Valley City Council’s 2021-2022 Priority Projects.

Recommended Action: Receive report and provide direction as needed.
