CONSENT CALENDAR


1. Consideration of Making Findings to Support the Use of Teleconferencing to Hold Public Meetings of the City Council and City Boards, Commissions, and Committees During the Statewide State of Emergency Proclaimed by Governor Newsome on March 4, 2020.

Recommended Action: Make findings to have the option to hold remote meetings as allowed by Assembly Bill 361. 


2. Consideration of a Resolution Approving the Plans, Specifications, and Estimate for the 2022 Miscellaneous ADA Curb Ramp Upgrades Project; Finding the Project Exempt from CEQA; and Authorizing the City Manager to Award and Execute a Construction Contract to the Lowest Qualified Responsive and Responsible Bidder for Construction. 

Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 22-___.


3. Consideration of Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Extension to the Citywide Janitorial Services Agreement with ABM Onsite Services – West, Inc.

Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute and extend the agreement.


4. Consideration of a Request to Use COPS Fund to Purchase Employee Wardrobe and Equipment Lockers for the Mill Valley Police Department.

Recommended Action: Receive report and approve request.


5. Receive the Statement of General Fund Revenue and Expenditures as of September 30, 2021.

Recommended Action: Receive report.


6. Consideration of the Fiscal Year 2020/2021 Municipal Service Tax Annual Report.

Recommended Action: Receive report.
