1. Consideration of Continuing to Make Findings Authorizing the Use of Remote Teleconferencing Option for the Public Meetings of Mill Valley’s Legislative Bodies as Required by Assembly Bill 361.
Recommended Action: Make findings to have the option to hold remote meetings as allowed by Assembly Bill 361.

2. Consideration of a Resolution to Revoke the Designation of the City of Belvedere to Represent the City of Mill Valley on the Board of Directors of Marin Clean Energy (MCE) and to Vote on its Behalf.
Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 22-___.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
3. Hold a Public Hearing to Consider Any Objections, Ballot Tabulation, and Consideration of a Resolution to Continue the Tamalpais Park Street Tree Assessment District Improvement and to Levy the Assessment for Fiscal Year 2022-2023.
Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 22-___.
