1. 167 Lovell Avenue – Design Review– PL22-5078 (Weiss)
A Design Review and Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) application to construct a new 715 square foot ADU in the basement level, interior remodel, proposed exterior alterations, new decks, replace existing windows, and some siding replacement on an existing 4,320 square foot home listed on the Historic Resources Inventory on a 9,529 square foot lot in the RS-6 District. The proposed project has been determined to be exempt from further environmental review under Section 15301(e) (Existing Facilities) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.
2. 100 Summit Avenue – Design Review– PL22-5143 (Allen)
A Design Review application (PL22-5143) for proposed new window for a single-family residence in the H-O Historic Overlay zone district. The proposed project has been determined to be exempt from further environmental review under Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the California Environmental Quality Act. (CEQA) Guidelines.
3. 418 Throckmorton Avenue – Design Review – PL22-5148 (Allen)
A Design Review application (PL22-5148) for proposed interior remodel and exterior alterations for a single-family residence in the H-O Historic Overlay zone district. The proposed project has been determined to be exempt from further environmental review under Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the California Environmental Quality Act. (CEQA) Guidelines.
Any decision made by the Zoning Administrator on the above items may be appealed to the Planning Commission by filing a letter with the Planning Department within 10 calendar days describing the basis for the appeal accompanied by a $808.00 appeal fee.
