Burn Pile image

The Marin County Fire Department in coordination with California State Parks will be burning piles on Wednesday (11/30). This project is to improve a critical evacuation route and shaded fuel break adjacent to the community. The prescribed burn piles are located on CA State Park lands adjacent to Ridge Ave in Mill Valley.

Smoke may be visible from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Residents are urged to refrain from calling 911 if they see smoke from the burn area.
