Twelve small housing units including 11 two-bedroom units and 1 one-bedroom unit are proposed above the office space. The Design Review and Tentative Tract Map applications have been determined to be complete and are currently under review by City staff for consistency with objective standards. A Professional Service Agreement with Lamphier-Gregory for environmental review services is scheduled for the May 17, 2021 City Council meeting. Lamphier-Gregory would be retained as an independent and objective environmental consultant to prepare the necessary technical studies and environmental documentation for the project. Please note that City Council will only be considering whether to enter into a contract to start environmental work at the May 17, 2021 meeting; City Council will not be considering the merits of the project at that time.
Public hearings will be scheduled to consider the mixed-use project once the environmental review has been conducted.
Planning staff will continue to provide updates to the community on the proposed project though email notifications and updates to our Richardson Terrace project page.
