Treehouse MV has submitted a proposal to convert the former Bank of America building at 60 Throckmorton Ave (corner of Corte Madera Avenue), into a membership-based restaurant, bar and community meeting and event space. The project is subject to Planning Commission approval of design review, conditional use permit and CEQA exemption. An entitlement hearing before the Planning Commission is scheduled for October 24, 2023, starting at 6:30 PM in the Council Chambers at City Hall (26 Corte Madera Ave). At this hearing, the Commission will vote to approve, deny, or continue the project. Project plans are available here (PDF).
