On October 16, 2023, City Council adopted revisions to the 2023-2031 Housing Element, Land Use Element and Land Use Map to respond to subsequent comments received from the State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) in July. Written comments on the adopted Elements are welcomed through October 23, 2023. After the close of the public comment period, staff will report back to the community on next steps, which include sending the revised Housing Element to the State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for review and certification.
