Affordable Housing at 1 Hamilton Drive: February 5, 2024: City Council Hearing - 5:30pm Mill Valley City Hall (26 Corte Madera Ave)
The City Council will consider the approval of the city-sponsored project to build affordable housing on the northern portion of the city-owned parcel at 1 Hamilton Drive. Supporting materials will be posted to the website prior to the hearing, including the staff report, resolutions and Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR). The City Council meeting is held in person at Mill Valley City Hall, 26 Corte Madera Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. You can also watch the meeting remotely online.

January 11, 2024
1 Hamilton Update: Planning staff will return to the City Council on January 22, 2024 (5:30 pm at City Hall) to discuss the proposed affordable housing at 1 Hamilton Drive and request that Council consider taking action on the item after the review and certification of the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) for the project. The FEIR and supporting materials for the Council meeting will be available on the project website on Friday, January 12, 2024.
Housing Element Update: Planning staff will present a draft ordinance to the Planning Commission on January 23, 2024 (6:30 pm City Hall) to rezone those properties identified in the Housing Element sites inventory to create three new housing overlay zoning districts.
